How often do you have flights?: We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
How often you have sea freight?: We have freight by sea once per week
When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $101 USD or more.
What are restricted items?: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.

What are your warehouse opening hours?: Our Warehouse Operating Hours are: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm Saturday: 9am - 2pm Sunday: Closed
